Kevin Asbjörnson, Founder and Managing Director of Inspire Imagine Innovate and creator of The Eight Keys to Inspired Leadership®, is relocating from Singapore to Denver, Colorado, U.S.A.

Kevin plans to continue his focus on international and U.S.A.-based clients who need to evolve their leadership, talent development, and employee engagement models in this rapidly changing global market, with an emphasis on developing managers and leaders with a coaching mindset.

According to Kevin, his ten years’ experience working with emerging, high-potential, and C-Level leaders within Asia-Pacific, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), China, Japan, Korea, India, and Africa—as a performing artist, leadership development and talent transformation professional, has allowed him to expand the practice of integrative global leadership as an art, as well as a science.

“I remind my individual and organizational clients that 21st century leadership is a performing art and requires the ability to inspire the performance, potential and well-being in others,” Kevin said.

This enriching ten-year experience enabled Kevin to create Future Talent/Future Leader 4.0 — a human-centric model preparing people for the new world of work, which emphasizes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The new world of work requires managers, leaders, and entrepreneurs to develop a coaching mindset and proficiency with the fundamentals of effective coaching.

According to Jennifer Hall, Co-Author of the Coaching Mindset Index® (CMI), a coaching approach to leadership is no longer a nice-to-have but a must-have.

“Employees whose managers do not focus on their development are leaving roles—and even entire organizations—in droves. Best-in-class leaders are those who show compassion, provide rich developmental experiences, and ask really good questions to help their employees come to their own conclusions and see new connections,” said Hall.

Kevin Asbjörnson is a native of Lakewood, Colorado; he recognizes the Denver metropolitan area as a melting pot of individuals and organizations who are redefining the 21st century models of leadership, corporate responsibility, sustainability, and inclusive economy. According to U.S. News & World Report 2020, Colorado is ranked #2 out of all 50 American States for business environment, employment, and growth.
