Kevin Asbjörnson, Managing Director of Inspire Imagine Innovate, is relocating from Singapore to Denver, Colorado, U.S.A.

Kevin will continue his focus within the fields of global health services and pharmaceutical sciences, as well as consulting with international and U.S.A.-based clients who need to expand the scope of their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in order to achieve a more holistic and international definition of DEI. This new definition aligns with the objectives of global competence which include appreciating, respecting, and inclusively interacting with people of diverse backgrounds around the world.

According to Kevin, his ten years of experience working with emerging, high-potential, and C-Level leaders within Asia-Pacific, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), China, Japan, Korea, India, and Africa—as a leadership development and talent transformation professional and performing artist, has enabled him to expand the practice of global leadership as an art as well as a science.

“I remind my individual and organizational clients that 21st century leadership is a performing art– and therefore, requires the ability to inspire the performance, potential and well-being in others,” Kevin said.

This enriching decade of experience has enabled Kevin to create Future Talent/Future Leader 4.0 — a human-centric model preparing people for the new world of work, which emphasizes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The new world of work requires employees, managers, leaders, and entrepreneurs to accelerate their application of the tangible and relevant benefits of a workplace and culture which effectively engages and operationalizes DEI.

According to Christi Hunter, President of Global Competence Associates, LLC: “If organizations are not presently operating inclusively and effectively around the world, they will surely be left behind in the future. The 21st century marketplace has been and continues to be global. Successful organizations that operate worldwide have staffs with widely diverse backgrounds, including cultural, national, linguistic, and religious diversity. “

She added, “It is critical to foster internal appreciation and understanding of colleagues with such varied backgrounds, as doing so results in increased engagement, greater collaboration, and higher quality output—ultimately leading to better offerings for customers and end users.”
